Know What You’re Buying.
How Much Does A Standard Website Cost?
Our standard five-page website costs $2,995 CAD before applicable taxes. It includes planning, copy written from your voice notes and business information, photo preparation, mobile layouts, a business-specific quote form, basic local SEO setup, launch testing and a 30-day defect warranty. Additional pages are $99 each when they use the existing design and standard page format. Complex features and custom projects are quoted separately.
Can I Split The Website Cost Into Payments?
Yes. You can pay $1,495 to begin and $1,500 after approving the website preview, or pay $995 before work begins followed by 10 monthly payments of $200 starting at launch. Both options total $2,995, with no financing surcharge. The website is a purchase, not a rental.
Is The Monthly Website A Rental?
No. It is a fixed $2,995 website purchase: $995 before work starts, then 10 payments of $200 starting at launch. Both payment routes have the same total price. Your domain belongs to you, and the completed site can transfer elsewhere once the build is paid in full.
What Happens After The 10 Build Payments?
The $200 build instalment ends. If you selected Hosting, your combined $249 monthly bill becomes $49. If you selected the Partner Plan, your combined $499 monthly bill becomes $299. If you arranged your own hosting and licences, no build payments remain.
Do I Pay $49 For Hosting On Top Of The Partner Plan?
No. The $299/month Website Partner Plan already includes Technical Hosting. You never pay both hosting charges.
Can I Cancel Hosting Or The Partner Plan?
Yes. Both are month-to-month. Service ends at the end of the paid period, and you arrange replacement hosting if you leave. Cancelling support does not cancel unpaid build instalments. Once the build is paid, we provide the site files or backup for transfer. Premium software may need your own replacement licences.
What Counts As A Small Update?
One existing-page change of up to 200 words, or up to 5 images, within the existing layout. The Partner Plan includes two small updates per month, with one active at a time and no rollover. New pages, new layouts, integrations and redesigns are separate. Corrections to errors in our own updates do not use your allowance.
Does A 3-Hour Response Mean The Work Is Finished?
No. You receive a human acknowledgement and next steps within 3 business hours. Routine small updates are completed within 3 business days after any required clarification. Partner support hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Vancouver time, excluding holidays.
What Do You Need For A Quarterly Project Story?
A short voice note with the job facts and usable project photos. We prompt you, write and publish one templated story per quarter, up to 500 words and 6 images, with one factual correction batch. You confirm facts and permission to use the material. Quarterly content-review corrections fit within your update allowances.
Can You Take Over My Existing Website?
Eligible existing websites can join the Partner Plan for a $499 one-time takeover fee plus $299/month. We check compatibility and access before purchase. Complex setups are assessed separately. There is no takeover fee when we build your new standard website.
Are Ads Or Ongoing SEO Included?
No. The build includes basic on-page and technical SEO foundations, Search Console and basic contact-action tracking. Ongoing SEO campaigns, advertising and ranking guarantees are not included. A contact click is not the same as a verified lead.
Do You Build Online Stores Or Complex Websites?
Yes, as custom projects with a separate fixed quote. E-commerce, multi-location setups, complex booking, payment workflows, portals and bespoke integrations have their own scope, timeline, payment milestones and support terms. The standard package price, $99 page scope and 21-business-day guarantee do not automatically apply.
What Does The 21-Business-Day Guarantee Cover?
The standard website build, starting after working access is provided and business facts are approved. Feedback is due within 2 business days. Client delays, scope changes and external account restrictions adjust the date in writing. If our own delay misses the agreed launch date, we refund build payments, cancel remaining build instalments and finish the agreed scope free. Optional ongoing services are separate.
What Does The 30-Day Defect Warranty Cover?
Corrections to defects in the agreed build for 30 days after launch. It does not include new features, a new design direction or third-party changes. This is a build-quality warranty, not a traffic, ranking or sales guarantee.
